We have an established network of Universities and Colleges - both public and private- to help troops not only get into school, but also to be able to afford rising tuition. (2) Save ROTC and JROTC Programs Our ROTC Fund (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) directly supports High Schools and Colleges in saving their ROTC programs. When a schools cuts or scales back its programs, Scholarships for Troops is alerted and finds out the exact needs of their program. We meet these needs through private donors like you. The average shortfall for programs is approximately $12,500. Many Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps programs are also being cut due to lack of funding. We want to prevent this from happening as JROTC gives many students opportunities to make positive changes in their lives. (3) Textbooks and Computer Program Our Textbooks and Laptop Program ensures that troops have up-to-date technology so that they can go to school and transition into a long-term career with companies that need talented individuals to provide information technology and computer support. With your support this year, we can continue Help us educate those who serve.
All Donations are tax-deductible and go directly to support the Armed Forces and the troops serving our country. |
